Capalbio Contemporary Art 4th Edition

The Il Frantoio Association presents the fourth edition of the “Capalbio Contemporary Art” held across the spaces of Palazzo Collacchioni. Curated by Davide Sarchioni, “Officine Chigiotti” is on view from August 2nd until 30th September 2020. The exhibition presents a selection of works by Italian artists Antonio Barbieri, Flavio Favelli and Mauro Staccioli.

Banksy donates triptych to raise funds for Bethlehem hospital

Banksy’s “Mediterranean sea view 2017”, three re-worked oil paintings originally made for and displayed in the lobby of the artist’s The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem, alludes to the thousands of lives lost at sea during the European migrant crisis of the 2010s.
